We're looking for a highly motivated, talented, entrepreneurial, sales professional to join our team and grow our business.
Accountable for lead generation, you will use a mix of outbound marketing and sales activities - including phone prospecting – to grow a pipeline of new leads and opportunities for our business.
You will work closely with prospective customers to establish a business case for change and collaborate with colleagues to shape digital solutions that create remarkable value for their business.
You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close high-value contracts and maintain extensive knowledge of the solutions we offer and current market conditions.
Are you the right person?
You’re an ambitious, highly motivated, business minded and entrepreneurial B2B sales person with an intuitive ability to find and create opportunities.
Ideally, from an agency background, you will be a tech enthusiast with a solid understanding of CX, UX, service design and digital transformation.
You will be a supremely confident and articulate oral and written communicator – adept at weeding out the jargon and presenting ideas to mid-level and senior executives in medium to large organisations using audience-appropriate styles and language.
You will be comfortable in a highly competitive environment. You are motivated by targets rather than being afraid of them. You are the consummate sales professional, curious, engaging and willing to challenge and to be challenged.
You will be a profoundly empathetic individual, always mindful of our customer's problems and willing to invest your time in helping them explore solutions, ultimately establishing yourself and Qrious as their trusted advisor.
You will also be a keen networker and will comfortable representing Qrious at regional and national conferences and events, always seeking opportunities to share your experience and looking for opportunities to collaborate with potential partners and help prospective customers..
Finally, you will also have good knowledge of digital marketing and PR and contribute to marketing activities to raise and maintain our business's visibility in the marketplace.
What we need from you:
Your attitude is your most important personal attribute, but we do need you to also have a track record in B2B sales, ideally within our sector. Our goal is substantial and rapid growth, so be prepared to talk us through exactly how you made a impact in your previous roles.
